This card is the first card homework for Watercolour class, Online classes, day 1, and I used a blue cardstock and watercolour paper, and followed the instructions on the video and used a stencil from Twiddley Winks, and watercolour paints and cut a Happy sentiment from Marianne's cutting die, and some rhinestones from Kaisercraft basics
