This card is the second homework from Watercolour Online Classes, Debbie Hughes lesson, from Day 7, I used watercolour paper with a balloon stamp that I have had for ages and used watercolour paints for the balloons, and memento black tuxedo ink pad for the balloon strings and the sentiment, which I have also had for ages, the background is Distress ink re-inker "tumbled glass"
