Christmas Card Throwdown

use a stamp

I made this stamp today to enter into the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge number 5, use a stamp, any stamp. http://gloriadesignschallenge.blogspot.com.au I used a tim holtz stamp set that I haven't used before but have had it for a very long time, the set is called "lost and found" on a background of distress stain "chipped sapphire" and stamped with distress ink "vintage photo" I made mini royal roses with scraps from Graphic 45 paper "birdsong" and used gemstones in the top two corners from the cheap shop.

  11. Hey there….you left a question about Gesso and stamps on my blog. Quick answer-It cleans fairly quickly. I wash them off quickly with warm water and dish detergent. The more open stamps clean much easier than the intricate ones. Sometimes if I need an extra scrub I might use a paper towel wadded up. The most important thing is to not let the stamps sit around. You need to wash fairly quickly.
